RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Organize training sessions to encourage knowledge with the business and its development.
- Establish and maintain exceptional client relations through a range of projects.
- Recommend proactive and creative technical solutions.	
- Manage various client projects.
- Create project resources and schedules.
- Act as team leader and supervise work and performance of other team members.
- Solid understanding of defined pension plans.


QUALIFICATIONS: 

- FCIA/FSA or progress towards in achieving them.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in pension plans.
- Expertise in investments and defined pension plan.
- Good communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to act as manger of other employees.
- Proficiency in programming software, as well as in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
